Shipping Order

When you place an order on the JYX website, you will receive a shipping info email from jyxspeaker.com to your email. Orders will ship within 48 hours of processing payment. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed.

Tracking

You will receive your tracking information in the email we send you after the product is shipped.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@jyx.online, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the carrier and report the issue to them or call the police.

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. A daytime telephone number for all orders is strongly recommended to include when you place the order. Occasionally packages are returned to JYX as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to JYX, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.
